Polished is operated by ExaHash Labs, LLC. If the Service is not the right fit for you, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. No questions asked. This applies to all paid plans, including monthly subscriptions, yearly subscriptions, and lifetime purchases.

How to request a refund

Email us at hello@textpolished.com from the email address you used at checkout, with the subject line "Refund request". Include the date of your purchase and, if you have it, the order number from your confirmation email.

We will process eligible requests within two business days.

After 14 days

After the 14-day window, refunds are not offered as a matter of policy. However, if you experience a significant technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, please contact us — we want Polished to work for you, and we will do our best to resolve the issue or find a fair outcome.

Subscriptions: cancellation versus refund

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not by itself trigger a refund of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

If you would like a refund of a recent renewal in addition to cancelling, request the refund in writing within 14 days of the renewal charge using the contact details above.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method through our payment processor. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer, but typically ranges from 5 to 10 business days from the day we approve the refund.

Chargebacks

If you have any concern about a charge, please contact us first — we are happy to help and to issue a refund where eligible. Initiating a chargeback through your bank without first contacting us may delay resolution and, in some cases, result in suspension of your access pending review.

Statutory rights

This policy is offered in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
